We can resolve your issue by the following ways:
1. Replacements – In the Case of Manufacturing Defects.
2. Return and Refunds – In Case of you not liking our products.
3. Cancellation – In case you want to Cancel your order before actual delivery.
REPLACEMENT POLICY (In the Case of Manufacturing Defects):
– We give a 10 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. Our business thrives on good reputation. We know how important it is that every customer be satisfied with their purchase. We give a 1 Year Warranty also on all our products. Also, we do proper Quality Check of all our products before dispatching. But, still if you feel there is any sort of Quality issue or Manufacturing Defect, Watch Club India gives 10 days Replacement Warranty on all our products.
Process of Replacement :
– Customers have to notify us of any damage or manufacturing defect within 10 days from the date of delivery.
– Return Shipping price would be borne by us, and we will arrange a pickup from customer’s address.
– After receiving the defective product and checking the cause of damage, We will ship a brand new product at no extra cost.
– Watch Club India will try to replace the specific product ordered in a Maximum of 30 days from the Date of Delivery.
– However, the company reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the product is out of stock/ production.
– The 10 days replacement warranty is valid only in cases of manufacturing defects and transport damages and is invalid in cases of damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer.
RETURNS and REFUND POLICY (In Case of you not liking our products):
Process of Return:
– Please inform us by email: support@watchclubindia.in or Call us on +91 7208223764 before sending the product back.
– You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
– Return Shipping charges will be borne by Buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– Your item must be in the original packaging.
– Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Process of Refunds:
– Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
– We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
– If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund by NEFT Bank Transfer For India and Wire Transfer For International Orders.
– You will receive the credit within 6 to 7 working days in your bank.
CANCELLATION POLICY (In case you want to Cancel your order before actual delivery):
– If you have made an order and want to cancel your order, Please notify us via email or a phone call or over WhatsApp about your cancellation within 24 hours of you placing the order, so that we are able to stop the shipment at the warehouse level itself.
